    MTN Media Innovation Program (MIP) 2025: Fully Funded Opportunity

    Applications are now open for the 2025 Pan-Atlantic University/MTN Media Innovation Programme.

    The MTN Media Innovation Programme (MIP) is a 6-week long programme spread across six months for media practitioners in the Nigerian space.

    The programme will increase the knowledge and skill base of the participants and help them understand the changing media landscape, and how to effectively use technology to create impactful media content.

    The 4th Cohort of the 6-week programme which is fully sponsored by MTN Nigeria is slated to commence on May 19, through October 24, 2025, with twenty (20) Nigerian journalists from different media outfits who scale through the selection process.

    Cohort-4 of the programme will build on the successes of the last three Cohorts to further consolidate its leading position as a foremost impactful training programme ever endowed for Nigerian journalists.

    Past Cohorts have shown the capacity of the programme to bring about a positive shift in the careers of the beneficiaries, enabling many of them to skyrocket to new positions and responsibilities after the training.

    The MTN MIP-4 will, as usual, stir up the spirit of innovation in the participants to empower the Nigerian media practitioners to be better at their jobs and to drive innovations that will potentially create and enthrone the much-needed sustainability in the industry.

    The potential of the programme to expose the participants to learn how ICT powers the media and how the media magnifies ICT in their symbiotic relationship, as well as how the media can be potent weapons for successful diplomatic engagements is rifer now than before.

    The Google Student Researcher Program is a paid position that offers the opportunity to work directly with Google research scientists and engineers on research projects.

    The 2025 Google Student Researcher Program offers more opportunities for research students to work on critical research projects at Google in a less structured way.

    The Student Researcher Program’s primary objective is to foster academic collaborations with students through research at Google.

    The Google Student Researcher Program is intended for students enrolled in a full-time degree program in the EMEA region who will be returning to their degree program after the completion of the internship.

    Program Details

    A traineeship of 6 months within the Green and Digital Economy Section of the EU Delegation in Nigeria, starting by end of May the latest.

    The Green and Digital Economy Section of the EU Delegation is in charge of managing projects and programmes spanning the sectors of: agriculture, climate, renewable energy and energy efficiency, circular economy, innovation and digitalization, youth employment, MSMEs and investment.

    Main tasks: 

    • Conduct research and analysis on key sustainable economic development issues in Nigeria
    • Review trends, as well as programmes and activities undertaken by other development partners
    • Contribute to the programming, identification and appraisal of programmes and projects in close cooperation with the beneficiary institutions

    They are excited to learn more about you and your curiosity about product equity! All 2025 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible.

    All interns must live in the same state and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.

    Responsibilities

    With the support of a mentor, you will conduct quantitative research from an equity and human-centered perspective to drive high business impact.

    • Get up to speed with the topic/problem: You will meet with collaborators to understand their needs, including designers, product managers, developers and other researchers. After reviewing previous research, you will propose your own study that strives to provide new insight for Adobe.
    • Own your research: You will develop key artifacts needed to complete your study, including a research plan and data collection method. Then you will start your research!
    • Communicate findings and recommendations through storytelling: You will work with your mentor to present what you’ve learned and be decisive on what Adobe should do next. You will manage multiple opportunities to share your research before you leave Adobe, including meetings with core collaborators, the Intern Project Expo and Adobe Design’s intern showcase.

    You will leave your internship ready to lead your own research studies, and Adobe will have new research recommendations and ideas that they can put into action.

    • The compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and they pay differently based on those defined markets.
