    You can make a difference by participating in the Millennium Fellowship 2025, a semester-long leadership development program by the Millennium Campus Network (MCN) and the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI).

    The Millennium Fellowship is a semester-long leadership development program that happens on your campus. The United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are here to elevate your leadership.

    The United Nations Millennium Fellowship is a semester-long leadership development program on your campus to take your social impact to the next level.

    Throughout the Millennium Fellowship program, Millennium Fellows undertake a project that addresses one or more of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), applying what they learn in real-time to create tangible social impact.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    To apply for the Millennium Fellowship 2025, applicants should;

    • Be undergraduate students currently enrolled in a degree program at a recognized university or college.

    Applicants are evaluated based on:

    • Alignment of their proposed project with at least one SDG and one UNAI principle.
    • Potential for measurable social impact.
    • Leadership and collaboration potential.

    Benefits of United Nations Millennium Fellowship 2025

    • As part of a cohort of 8-20+ Millennium Fellows on your campus, convene to learn from and challenge each other. Millennium Fellows convene at least 8 times during the program.
    • Develop a plan of action for your sessions together. Meet to exchange best practices. And you could think bigger: organizing a campus-wide sustainability initiative or more.
    • When your Fellowship Campus meets the goals you made for yourselves and completed the Fellowship graduation requirements, you will earn a certificate of recognition from United Nations Academic Impact and Millennium Campus Network.

    Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships 2025/2026 for Master’s Degree Study in low or middle-income Commonwealth Countries

    The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships   offer a unique opportunity to study a two-year Master’s degree in a low or middle-income Commonwealth country.

    Aimed at students who are committed to creating change in their communities, the scholarships are a life-changing opportunity to experience a new country and culture, to broaden horizons, and to build a global network that will last a lifetime.

    Through cultural exchange and academic collaboration, Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholars help bring about positive change and find solutions to the shared challenges we face – both in their home countries and those that host them. As an active part of the Commonwealth network, scholars will help shape its future.

    Requirements

    • Citizens (or those who hold refugee status) in a Commonwealth country are welcome to apply.
    • Applicants must apply for a QECS award in a country other than their home country/country of citizenship. Refugees should apply as if they were a citizen of the country that has offered them refugee status.
    • There is no upper age limit to be eligible for a QECS Award.
    • You must have attained a minimum of 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level to be eligible to apply.

    Scholarship Worth

    • Fully-funded tuition fees
    • Living allowance (stipend) for duration of award
    • Return economy flights to host country
    • One-off arrival allowance
    • Research Support Grant (on request only; subject to approval)

    1. Look through the list of countries and universities hosting scholarships in this cycle.
    2. Visit the relevant university website for more information on your chosen course using the links included below.
    3. Complete and submit a QECS application for your chosen university/course by clicking the ‘Apply now’ button. Once you’ve clicked apply, you’ll be directed to a log in page. If you do not already have a myACU account, click get ‘get started’ in the right hand corner of the page to start your application.
    4. Submit an application to your chosen university for admission to your chosen course.
